Two flee after man shot dead at Cabra, Dublin pub

A man in his 20s has been shot dead at a pub in Cabra, Dublin this evening,

A man in his 20s has been shot dead at a pub in Cabra, Dublin this evening,

The incident took place at the Oasis pub (also known as The Cabra House) on Fassaugh Avenue off the Navan road at about 7.10pm.

Two masked men entered the pub and fired a number of shots. They were seen escaping on a motorbike going towards the city and were wearing dark clothes.

The man was shot a number of times . Emergency services were called to the scene and provided CPR. However the man died at the scene.

The body remains at the scene. The Garda Technical Bureau and the State Pathologists Office have been contacted.
