Two men have died following a multi-vehicle road collision in Co Kildare last night.
Gardaí have named the two men as 49 year old Michael Connors and his son, 21 year old Gerry Connors both with addresses at Millview, Ballytore, Co. Kildare.
The incident took place shortly after 8.30pm on the N9 road, between Kilcullen and Castledermot and close to Ballytore.
Three cars, a mini-bus and a pick-up truck were involved in the crash.

Sixteen occupants of the mini bus were taken to Naas General Hospital but none are thought to have been seriously injured. At least two others, who were traveling in the other cars, were removed to hospital.
