Army bomb experts were last night called to examine an explosive device, believed to be a mortar, at Sixmilecross, Co Tyrone. A man and a woman were later arrested by the RUC. The device was discovered in a field bordering Glenaness Road, Sixmilecross, shortly after 8 p.m.
