The presence of travellers, who have set up camp in the car park at L & N Supervalu, Morgan Street, Waterford, may be turning customers away, the High Court has been told.
Mr Justice Kelly granted the company leave to serve Patrick and Ellen Doran and their family with a motion seeking to remove them by court order.
