HYDERABAD, India - At least 92 people have died and thousands left homeless in floods that have ravaged large areas of southern India, officials said yesterday. The coastal state of Andhra Pradesh has been worst affected after six days of torrential rains that have killed at least 75 - people and washed away vast - areas of agricultural land.
