One of the country's biggest travel agents has folded, it was revealed today.
Toolin Travel, which operated eight branches in Ireland, ceased trading yesterday with immediate effect, according to the Commission for Aviation Regulation.
Customers who have a current booking have been advised to contact their airline, ferry company or other travel provider to establish the status of their booking and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
Any customers who purchased overseas travel from the company recently and who wish to claim refunds for any money that had not been passed on to the suppliers may do so from the Commission for Aviation Regulation.
