Three men arrested in connection with the death of a Kerryman in a house in Cork city last October were yesterday remanded in custody after they appeared at Cork District Court on a number of charges including manslaughter.

Mr John Martin Foley (38), Mr James McCarthy (43) were charged with the unlawful killing of Mr John Brosnan of Duagh, Co Kerry at 1666 Sunday's Well Road, Cork, on October 28th last.

The men were also charged with intentionally and recklessly causing harm to Mr Brosnan at Sunday's Well Road, Cork on October 21st, 1999.
