A father and his two sons were being questioned by PSNI detectives in Antrim last night following the murder of Philip Strickland (36) outside the Co Down village of Comber on Wednesday night.

PSNI Det Supt Brian Hanna, appealing for witnesses, said it was a “vicious murder” and was “highly unexpected” in such a quiet low-crime area.
