Three murder cases before Tralee court

THREE separate murder cases were dealt with by Judge Humphrey Kelleher at Tralee District Court yesterday.

THREE separate murder cases were dealt with by Judge Humphrey Kelleher at Tralee District Court yesterday.

In the first, a 16 year old youth was remanded in custody until April 9th, charged with the murder of Ms Ann Marie Duffin, at Curragraigue, Blennerville, on April 15th, 1996.

Mr John O'Mahony (35), an unmarried baker, of Boherbee, Tralee, was remanded in custody until April 16th, charged with the murder of Ms Margaret O'Sullivan (40), at McCowen's Lane, Tralee, on August 18th, 1996.

Mr Michael O'Brien (25), single, of Gallowsfields, Tralee, was remanded in custody until Wednesday charged with the murder of 16 year old James Healy, of Shanakill, Tralee, at Monavalley Industrial Estate, Tralee, on or about February 22nd, 1997.
