Three people died on the roads overnight in two separate incidents, in Down and Offaly.
In County Offaly shortly after midnight, two men, aged 20 and 21, were killed following a head-on collision on the Tullamore to Clara road.
And in Co Down a 10-year-old boy died in an incident involving a Landrover in Hillsborough at around 9.30 p.m. last night.
