The Gazelle helicopter came down near Langley Hill Farm in Winchcombe near Cheltenham at about midday.

Police later confirmed two men and a woman died in the crash. They said all three were from the Midlands.

An AAIB spokeswoman said the helicopter is believed to have been flying from Stratford-on-Avon on its way to Yeovilton, Somerset.
