Terror groups in `link up'

PARIS - The Basque separatist group ETA has forged ties with Algerian Muslim guerrillas blamed for a wave of bombings in France last year, a French terrorism expert said yesterday. Mr Roland Jacquard of the International Terrorism Observatory, told France Soir that the Islamic Armed Group had asked ETA for "training courses".
