Finnish telecom equipment maker Nokia says it has signed contracts with Orange for the supply and expansion of GSM and third generation (3G) mobile networks and infrastructure to Orange UK.

Nokia said today that the estimated investments under the contracts were worth euro 800 million over three years, and extended the companies' cooperation on 3G networks announced earlier this year.
