Teenage man killed in Omagh hit-and-run

The body of a man found on the outskirts of Omagh this morning was the victim of a hit-and-run.

The man in his late teens was found on Killyclougher Rd at around 4 a.m.

The man has been identified but his name is not being released until family members have been informed.

It is thought that a maroon-coloured vehicle was involved in the incident.

It is likely to have severe frontal damage, possibly including a broken windscreen.
