A 19 year-old man was killed overnight after being struck by a car in Co Meath.
Gardaí are investigating the death of the pedestrian at The 19-year-old was hit at area known as Powderlough, on the N3 near Dunshaughlin at around 12.30 am.
He was pronounced dead at James Connolly Memorial hospital at 1.30 am.
There were no other injuries arising from the incident.
