ANYONE who fancies seeing a taste of the future over the weekend should take themselves down to the Brighter Homes and DIY Show, at Dublin's RDS over the next few days, when student chefs from Cathal Brugha Street will be demonstrating as part of the show.
At 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. today March 15th, Tina Walsh will be demonstrating on the theme of Contemporary Cookery. Tomorrow at the same times John's Clancy will show cake decoration and on Monday at 3 p.m. Fran Cullen will present Dinner For Two With The Lady In Red.
