Twenty three students who need assessment for learning disabilities will have to wait five years, according to Fine Gael TD Mr Enda Kenny of Mayo in a written question to the Minister for Education.

The Minister, Dr Woods, said he was aware that problems had arisen, and an action plan was being developed.
