A Cavan student has been moved from intensive care after a hit and run accident in Boston

A Cavan student has been moved from intensive care after a hit and run accident in Boston.  Mr Fergal Brady (21) has given thumbs-up signs in recent days to friends and family who have travelled from Ireland.

Another student was also injured in the hit and run. Mr Brady, a third-year business student, was attending the college as part of an exchange from Dublin City University when he and another student were hit on March 28th.
