National Irish Bank has deferred its deadline of tomorrow for staff to sign new performance-related salary agreements

National Irish Bank has deferred its deadline of tomorrow for staff to sign new performance-related salary agreements. This follows discussions with the Irish Bank Officials' Association (IBOA) yesterday. The IBOA has agreed to defer strike action threatened for next Monday. Both sides are to refer the issues to the Labour Relations Commission for further discussion.
