The Tanaiste, Mr Spring will attend a two day meeting off EU foreign ministers in Holland tomorrow and Monday as the Union attempts to reach agreement on changes to its treaties before the June summit meeting in Amsterdam.
The work of the Inter Governmental Conference, which is considering the treaty changes, is conducted largely by senior officials, with monthly ministerial meetings.
