Spanish bus crash kills at least five people

At least five people were killed today and 33 injured when a bus crashed into a railway bridge in northeast Spain.

At least five people were killed today and 33 injured when a bus crashed into a railway bridge in northeast Spain.

The bus was travelling from Madrid to Barcelona, with 43 people on board, when it hit the concrete column supporting a high-speed train line near Zaragoza.

The accident happened at about 1.30 a.m. (Irish time).
