London - A gunman jumped from a car and fired several shots at two men in another vehicle after it stopped at traffic lights on an inner-city ring road in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire police said. They said the attack appeared to be planned.
Following the shooting the attacker's car sped off and after later colliding with a taxi, it again drove off at speed and was possibly set on fire an hour later. Detectives are examining the remains of a burned-out car discovered a short time after the incident to determine if it was the vehicle involved in the shooting.
