SF man urges march talks

The Sinn Fein chairman, Mr Mitchel McLaughlin, has called on the Royal Black Institution leadership to begin discussions with nationalist communities through which it wants to march on August 31st. The institution had an opportunity "to demonstrate leadership, friendship and common sense" in seeking to achieve mutual agreement on marches.
