Eight people died when a Lithuanian bus collided with a Polish milk truck shortly after midnight today in northeast Poland, PAP news agency reported.
Police said the driver of the truck swerved his vehicle into the path of the bus, whose passengers came from the Klaipeda region in western Lithuania.
Seven Lithuanians and one Pole died; a Lithuanian girl (17) was the lone survivor.
