The Rosemary Nelson Campaign has welcomed the Taoiseach's comments on the investigation and inquiry into her death.
Ms Ellen Weaver, a spokeswoman for the campaign, said: "We welcome the Taoiseach's recognition that nationalists can have no confidence in the current investigation, and this view is shared by a growing number of international bodies, including the US House of Representatives and the European Parliament.
"However, we urge the Taoiseach to go further and, on behalf of the Irish Government, call for an international, independent investigation."
