London - Sir Harry Secombe (77) was said to be in good spirits in hospital last night after suffering a mild stroke. The ex-Goon and former presenter of Songs of Praise and Highway collapsed at his home in Shamley Green, near Guildford, Surrey on Friday. Earlier this month, he revealed he has been fighting prostate cancer since being diagnosed last June.
