A MAN was being questioned by the RUC in Derry yesterday following the discovery of Semtex explosives in a house in the west of the city.
An RUC spokesman said that a small quantity of Semtex was found in a house at Knockalla Park, in the Galliagh area of the city.
A rifle, bomb making equipment and a quantity of ammunition was also discovered.
