The number of young people leaving the live register as a result of the Government's Employment Action Plan continues to rise. The latest figures from the Department of Social, Community and Family Affairs show that almost 70 per cent of the 4,000 under-25s who left the live register in the first six months of the plan have found work, or a place on a FAS scheme.
