A pressure group is offering a reward for information leading to the conviction of those responsible for murdering a north Belfast man who died following a "punishment beating" by suspected IRA members last year.

The Northern Ireland Human Rights Bureau said a friend of the organisation in the United States had promised to pay £10,000 to anyone whose information led to the conviction of any of the killers of the father-of-four, Andrew Kearney, from the New Lodge.
