An undertaking by four local residents not to picket a refuse dump at Ballyogan, Carrickmines, Co Dublin, was continued until June 17th in the High Court yesterday.
An application by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council for an injunction to stop a number of travelling families occupying a portion of Ballyogan estate, Carrickmines, was adjourned until the same date.
