Raisa Gorbachev `improving'

Berlin - Doctors treating Mrs Raisa Gorbachev for acute leukaemia said yesterday that her condition had improved. The wife of Mr Mikhail Gorbachev is to receive a bone marrow transplant at the university clinic in the north-western German town of Munster, doctors said in a medical bulletin yesterday.
