Quito was brought with a powerful late challenge by in-form jockey Tony Culhane to land the Tote Ayr Gold Cup today.
The field split into two groups with those on the far side having the call throughout the six furlongs.
Seel Of Approval looked to have the race in the bag when taking over inside the final furlong but the David Chapman-trained Quito pounced to score at 20-1.
Seel Of Approval (11-1) was second, Fire Up The Band was (7-1) third ahead of Fantasy Believer (20-1).
