One of Limerick's best known pubs, Patrick Punch's, is for sale at a price of £2.5 million or more. Situated at Punch's Cross, it has been owned by Delaney Inns Ltd for the past 21 years, and is to be auctioned in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin, on June 17th.
It is described as "one of the finest licensed premises in Ireland".
