PSV Eindhoven coach Eric Gerets has called on Sir Alex Ferguson to resolve the
Ruud van Nistelrooy transfer saga within the next fortnight.
The Manchester United manager yesterday travelled to the Netherlands to watch the striker in action in a league match against Ajax.
Nistelrooy has now recovered from the cruciate ligament injury which forced his stg£18.5million move to United to be aborted last year - and Ferguson is seemingly still interested in bringing him to Old Trafford.
But Gerets urged Ferguson to make his mind up soon as the uncertainty is creating a "difficult" situation.
