A pregnant woman was put under such pressure at work that she had no option but to resign, the Employment Appeals Tribunal has held.

Awarding Ms Paula Mooney, of Burnell Park Green, Castleknock, Co Dublin, £12,000 compensation, the tribunal determined she had been constructively dismissed by International Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd, Dublin.
