The Prime Minister of Poland, Mr Jerzy Buzek, begins a two-day visit to Ireland today, during which he will address the Irish Business and Employers' Federation (IBEC).

He will visit the Taoiseach, Mr Ahern, in Government Buildings this morning and attend a State dinner hosted by the Taoiseach and his partner, Ms Celia Larkin, tonight.

This afternoon he will be at Confederation House in Baggot Street, Dublin, where he will address members of IBEC and the Ireland-Poland Business Association, which is affiliated to IBEC.
