An at-risk teenage boy who had been living on the roof of a house in inner city Dublin has been placed in a State remand centre by order of the High Court. Mr Justice Smyth yesterday directed that the 14year-old boy be transferred to Oberstown House from Fitz gibbon Street Garda station, where he was detained on Thursday night because no other place was available.
