An 85-year-old man has been seriously injured after being struck by a car when crossing a road in Dublin.
The man was crossing the N11 at Stillorgan Park at about 10am when he was struck by the vehicle.
He was taken to St Vincents hospital for treatment.
The N11 southbound at Stillorgan Park has been reduced to two lanes and delays are expected in the area while a forensic examination takes place.
