Pedestrian dies in Donegal road collision

A 45-year-old man was killed and two others injured after a car struck three pedestrians in Co Donegal this morning.

A 45-year-old man was killed and two others injured after a car struck three pedestrians in Co Donegal this morning.

Stephen Grey of Dunross, Culdaff, CoDonegal was pronounced dead at the scene and his body has been removed to Letterkenny Hospital for post mortem later today.

The accident happened at 4:30 a.m. at Ballynagran, Gleneely, Co Donegal.

The two injured pedestrians have been taken to Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry. Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
