Gardaí in Dublin are investigating a fatal road traffic collision in which an 81-year-old woman died yesterday evening.
The woman died after being struck by a car on the Malahide Road, Coolock at 6.15 pm.
The scene has been examined by Garda forensic collision investigators.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact Coolock Garda station or the Garda Confidential Line.
