A proposed agreement on a dispute over union recognition at Johnnie Fox's pub, Glencullen, Co Dublin, is to be put to staff this morning after talks at the Labour Relations Commission last night. The proprietor of the pub, Ms Geraldine McMahon, said the back-to-work formula did not involve union recognition.
