TWO youths described as "out of control" have been forbidden by a court to meet each other after pleading guilty to a number of crimes in north Co Dublin.

A garda told Swords District Court yesterday the youths aged 14 and 15 broke into a church in Kinsealy last November, stole a chalice, altar bread, wine and candles and then dumped them in a bin. They also admitted breaking into a house in Kinsealy.

Judge Sean Delap beard that the boys were "out of control". The older youth kept running away from home and living rough, and the other climbed out of a window at night.

He remanded them to May 27th for probation reports, and made it a condition of their bail that they come home every night and do not meet each other.
