SARAJEVO - The international community yesterday postponed municipal elections in Bosnia, citing voter registration irregularities.

"I have made a chairman's decision that it is not feasible to hold municipal elections on September 14th," said Mr Robert Frowick, head of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) mission in Bosnia.

But Bosnian Serbs said they would vote for municipal assemblies on September 14th anyway.
