Heroin worth an estimated €20,000 has been seized by gardaí in Carlow.
The drugs were discovered during a house raid in the St Mary's Park area at 9.15pm last night.
Gardai said €40,000 in cash was also found at the scene. One person has been arrested and is being detained at Carlow garda station.
