A teenager blinded by the Omagh bomb is to play alongside Phil Coulter in today's St Patrick's Day celebrations in the White House. Claire Gallagher (15) was invited by Mr Coulter to accompany him at the special concert in Washington. She will play the piano at the event, which also features flautist James Galway.
