Evidence continued at the Special Criminal Court in Dublin yesterday at a "trial within a trial" in the case of Mr Colm Murphy, the only man charged in connection with the 1998 Omagh bomb.
The court has ruled that the media cannot report the evidence in the "voir dire" - an oral hearing to decide on legal issues within the trial.
It was the fourth day of the trial of Mr Colm Murphy (49), of Jordan's Corner, Ravensdale, Co Louth. The trial continues.
