Ireland's Brian O'Driscoll and Neil Doak have both pulled out of the six day training camp scheduled to begin in Limerick on August 11th.
O'Driscoll is believed to be suffering from an ankle strain while Doak is hampered by a groin injury.
Leinster's Brian O'Meara is set to replace Doak while Munster's Mike Mullins will fill O'Driscoll's boots.
