Donnacha O¿Callaghan was today drafted into the Ireland squad to play Russia in the World Cup qualifier in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia on Saturday.
The versatile Munster and Cork Constitution star replaces Victor Costello who was forced to withdraw from the squad this morning.
Costello injured his calf in the second half of Leinster's Celtic League defeat to Connacht on Friday.
Coach Eddie O'Sullivan, who will name his team at lunch-time tomorrow, has had to reshuffle the squad somewhat since naming an original 26-man panel last Monday.
