Dublin Corporation has said it will not be taking proceedings against NTL or the building company which continued work until 2.30 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday at Cadogan Road, Fairview. A spokesman, said, however: "We are keeping an eye on the situation."
NTL apologised to the residents, saying the sub-contractor was supposed to have stopped at 11 p.m.
