A new special prosecutor has been named in the Mexican murder case in which Mr Raul Salinas, brother of the former president, Mr Carlos Salinas, is the main accused, reports David Shanks.
The new prosecutor, Mr Ismael Eslava, was part of the team which last week interviewed Mr Carlos Salinas in Dublin, according to the Mexican ambassador to Ireland, Mr Daniel Dultzin.
